Course Overview<\/span><\/h3>\n

The main purpose of a school customer service specialist is to be a professional for direct stakeholder support within schools and multi academy trusts settings. They are an advocate of customer service, acting as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical stakeholder requests, complaints, and queries. This apprenticeship develops the skills, knowledge and behaviour for the learner to act as an escalation point for complicated or ongoing customer problems, and as an expert in their school\u2019s services.<\/p>\n

They will share knowledge with their wider team and colleagues. They gather and analyse data and customer information that influences change and improvements in services.       Each apprentice will have their own dedicated tutor who will conduct monthly remote tutorials and reviews, providing continuous support throughout the apprenticeship program.         Entry Requirements<\/h3>\n

        Individual employers will set their own entry criteria and are more likely to select individuals with more advanced inter- personal skills, experience of working with customers in some capacity. You must achieve level 2 English and maths prior to taking the end point assessment.<\/p>\n

        Hire an Apprentice<\/h3>\n

        We can work with you to source a suitable applicant for your organisation or you can up-skill your existing employees. If the employee is under 19 and your business has fewer than 50 employees, there will be no cost for the training. If they are over 19 and\/or your business has over 50 employees then you will contribute 5% towards the cost of the training.
