Course Overview<\/span><\/h3>\n

A team leader is the first line of management, with operational\/project responsibilities, or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.
\nThe aim of the School Team Leader will be to give learners the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to achieve team leader goals.       Each apprentice will have their own dedicated tutor who will conduct monthly remote tutorials and reviews, providing continuous support throughout the apprenticeship program.       End Point Assessment<\/span><\/h3>\n

      Each apprentice must undergo an independent end-point assessment to determine the outcome of

        Entry Requirements<\/h3>\n

        The entry requirement for this apprenticeship will be decided by each employer, but may typically be five GCSEs at Grade C or higher.<\/p>\n

        Hire an Apprentice<\/h3>\n

        We can work with you to source a suitable applicant for your organisation or you can up-skill your existing employees. If the employee is under 19 and your business has fewer than 50 employees, there will be no cost for the training. If they are over 19 and\/or your business has over 50 employees then you will contribute 5% towards the cost of the training.
